WooCommerce allows you to add a custom note to the invoice email that is sent to customers. You can use this feature to inform your customer any additional information regarding the invoice, payment, etc. In order to add a custom note to the invoice email, you only have to follow a few simple steps.
Adding Custom Note to WooCommerce Invoice Email
Given below are the step by step process of adding notes to the invoice email.
Step 1- WooCommerce > Orders.
Step 2- Enter the order details in the respective fields.
Step 3- Click on Order notes and it expands to the dialogue box given below. Here you can add a note to the customer.
Step 4- Now choose “Note to customer” from the drop-down. Then click Add button.
Step 5– Send invoice email to the customer.

Although WooCommerce provides this feature, it is time-consuming since you have to manually add the note to each and every invoice created.
