Here is a short blog post on how to add a logo to WooCommerce emails sent to customers. Learn the importance of branded emails for your business.
A logo represents your brand identity, acting as a symbol that showcases your business values. When integrated effectively into email communications, a logo not only enhances brand recognition but also fosters trust and credibility among recipients.
In this article, we will show you how to add logos and brand names to your WooCommerce emails.
Key takeaways:
- Adding your brand name and logo to your WooCommerce emails is essential to establish a strong brand identity.
- A recognizable logo helps ensure that your email stands out in crowded inboxes, making it easier for customers to identify your communications.
- WebToffee Decorator – WooCommerce Email Customizer plugin helps you add logos and customize WooCommerce emails.
A logo is a graphic element that symbolizes a brand, business, or product. It can be a symbol, letter, word, or image and assures public recognition and identification.
A well-designed logo communicates a brand’s value and conveys its message effectively. Compelling logos are memorable and help differentiate a brand from its competitors. This uniqueness fosters customer loyalty and trust.
Adding logos to your WooCommerce emails is essential for several key reasons:
- Recognize your brand: As mentioned earlier, a logo serves as a visual cue, helping your customers to recognize your emails from the mail inbox immediately.
- Showcase your professionalism: By adding logos to WooCommerce emails, you can showcase your professionalism to your customers and make them look credible and trustworthy.
- Brand Consistency: Logos are an essential part of your brand identity. Including them in your WooCommerce emails ensures that your branding remains consistent across all customer touchpoints, from your website to your email communications.
- Enhanced Customer Experience: When customers see your logo in emails, it fosters a sense of reliability and connection. This continuity helps build long-term relationships and encourages greater customer loyalty.
WooCommerce, by default, doesn’t offer many options for customizing WooCommerce emails. So, we will be using the Decorator Email Customizer plugin. Decorator is a free plugin that allows you to easily customize WooCommerce emails using templates and visual editor.

Hello!
Am I able to use a custom font in the emails? I see the short list of web safe fonts. But accessing a Google Font would be great!
