Prerequisite

Adding shipping fee to quote totals
Here are the detailed steps for the same:
- From the WordPress dashboard, navigate to Quotes > General > General Settings.
- Within the General Settings tab, scroll down to the Pricing section.
- Enable the Calculate shipping fee in quote total option.
- Click on Update Settings to save changes. Now, the plugin adds an additional shipping section to the Request quote page, as shown below:
- Customers can now fill in their shipping details within the shipping section while requesting a quote.
- The quote total will show the shipping fee previously set by the store owner for the region based on the customer’s location.
Use Case
A store owner wishes to display the shipping fee on quote totals. The store owner follows the above steps. The shipping method set for the US region is a Flat rate, costing 8 dollars. Now, a customer from the US region requests a quote by filling in the required shipping details within the Shipping section of the Request quote page. Upon placing the quote request, the thank you page, quote email, My Account quote details page, quotes PDF, and the WooCommerce order details page will have the shipping fee.
