Prerequisite
- Install and activate WebToffee’s free WooCommerce PDF Invoices, Packing Slips, Delivery Notes, and Shipping Labels plugin.
Getting Started
- After installing and activating the plugin, go to Invoice/Packing from your WordPress dashboard.
- Complete the setup wizard. Or, skip it by clicking “Skip invoice setup.”
- Fill in the necessary Company details and Address details under Invoice/Packing > General Settings > General.
- Under the documents tab, click on the Shipping label.
OR
- Refresh the page, and from your WordPress dashboard, go to Invoice/Packing > Shipping Label.
Customizing the shipping label
Under the Shipping label Settings, you can customize the shipping label. The free version offers basic customization options. For more advanced features and customization, consider upgrading to the premium version. Below are the steps to customize the shipping label:
- Under the Shipping label Settings page, head to the Customize tab.
- Click on Change layout to select a layout for the shipping label. With the free version, you can access only one shipping label template.
- After selecting the layout, navigate to the Editor panel located on the right side of the Customize page.
- From the Editor panel, add or remove elements from the shipping label using the respective toggle buttons.
- Click the right-pointing arrow next to an element to access additional features, such as changing the title and font size.
- Finally, click on Save and activate to save the changes and use this template.
Printing WooCommerce shipping labels
Once you’ve configured the shipping label settings, printing shipping labels for your WooCommerce orders becomes effortless. Let’s see how to print a shipping label for a WooCommerce order.
Method 1: Printing shipping labels from the order edit page
The steps for the same are as follows:
- From the WordPress dashboard, navigate to WooCommerce > Orders.
- From the Orders page, click on the preferred order. You’ll be redirected to the Edit Order page.
- Navigate to the Invoice/Packing section at the lower right corner of the Edit Order page.
- Click on the print icon next to the shipping label. You’ll be redirected to the HTML view of the shipping label.
- Now, simply print the shipping label by adjusting your browser’s print settings.
Method 2: Printing shipping labels from the Orders page
The steps for the same are as follows:
- From the WordPress dashboard, navigate to Invoice/Packing > General Settings.
- Under the General tab, head to the Advanced Options section.
- Here, go to the Enable dedicated print buttons for option and select shipping label. Now, you’ll see a dedicated print button on the Orders listing page for printing shipping labels.
- Click on Update Settings to save the changes.
- Now, from the WordPress dashboard, head to WooCommerce > Orders.
- On the Orders listing page, simply click on the Print Shipping Label icon under the Actions column of the preferred order. You’ll be redirected to the HTML view of the shipping label.
- Now, simply print the shipping label by adjusting your browser’s printer settings.
You can also use the Common print button to print shipping labels.

Bulk print shipping labels
With bulk printing, you can print shipping labels for multiple WooCommerce orders at once with a single click. However, each page will contain only one shipping label in it. Upgrade to the premium version to print multiple labels on a single page.
Here are the steps to bulk print shipping labels:
- Navigate to WooCommerce > Orders.
- From the Orders page, select the preferred orders.
- From the Bulk actions dropdown, select Print Shipping Label.
- Click on Apply.
- Print the shipping label.
