Having the right packaging in place is one of the important parameters in WooCommerce for smooth shipping, cost-effectiveness, and precision in order deliveries. Packaging directly affects shipping rates, handling efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Pack items individually
Each item in an order is packed separately. Generates separate packing slips, shipping labels, and delivery notes for each item.

Box packing
Used when items need to be packed into designated boxes. Box configurations must be specified manually.

This is a really useful feature. We use this plugin with customized designs for Invoices and packing slips. However if I turn this on the boxes are not shown. What field or custom field do I need to put on the design to show the boxes.
On the invoice we want to show a list of boxes for the order. Is this even possible?
Thanks in advance,
Joost

Hi Joost,
Thank you for reaching out!
It appears this might be a site-specific issue. When tested on our end, the functionality seems to be working as expected. However, please note that this functionality is not available for invoices.
To ensure accurate packing, make sure the product dimensions are correctly marked in your store and that the box sizes are configured properly. Only products that fit within these specified dimensions will be packed into the boxes.
