Using WebToffee’s WooCommerce PDF Invoices, Packing Slips, and Credit Notes plugin, store owners can easily add a logo that appears at the top of WooCommerce documents such as invoices, packing slips, delivery notes, and dispatch labels. Adding a logo enhances brand recognition and provides a subtle marketing opportunity, reinforcing your brand identity and improving the visual experience for customers. With this plugin, you can even have a dedicated logo solely for WooCommerce invoices. Let’s explore this feature further in this article.
Steps to add a custom logo for invoices
Follow the steps below depending on whether you’re using the Free or Pro version of the plugin.
Free Version
- Navigate to Invoice/Packing > Invoice > General.
- Scroll down to the Invoice details section and find the Custom logo for invoice option.
- Here, upload a custom logo of the recommended size for invoices.
- Finally, click “Update Settings” to save the changes.

Pro Version
- From the WordPress dashboard, navigate to Invoice/Packing > Invoice > Advanced.
- Under the Advanced tab, head to the Custom logo for invoice option.
- Here, upload a custom logo of the recommended size for invoices.
- Finally, click “Update Settings” to save the changes.

Steps to add a common logo for all document types
The plugin lets store owners easily add a common logo for invoices, packing slips, delivery notes, and dispatch labels, typically displayed at the top left corner of the document. If a custom logo is set for invoices, this default logo won’t apply to them. Here are the steps to add a common logo for document types:
- From the WordPress dashboard, navigate to Invoice/Packing > General Settings > General.
- Under the Company details section, head to the “Logo” option.

- Here, upload an image to appear as the logo. The recommended logo size is 150x50px.
- Finally, click on “Update Settings” to save the changes.

Hi Marta,
Thank you for reaching out,
The mPDF add-on is the right solution for fixing the logo issue. Since you’re also noticing an alignment problem with the price column when using it, the quickest way to get this resolved is to reach out to our customer support team with the details (and a screenshot if possible). They’ll help you fix it right away.
