WebToffee’s WooCommerce Address Labels plugin allows you to easily print and generate address labels for multiple orders for your store. This is a premium add-on plugin.
Sample address labels created by the plugin are shown below.
Prerequisite
This plugin is a premium add-on to the WooCommerce PDF Invoices, Packing Slips, Delivery Notes, and Shipping Labels (free) plugin.
- Install and activate the free WooCommerce PDF Invoices, Packing Slips, Delivery Notes, and Shipping Labels plugin.
- Install and activate the WooCommerce Address Labels pro add-on.
Getting Started
- A new menu Invoice/Packing appears in your WordPress dashboard.
- Navigate to Invoice/ Packing > Address Label from your WordPress dashboard.
OR - Go to General Settings > Documents tab > Address Label > Settings.
Customize Address Label
The plugin gives provisions to customize the labels with inbuilt templates, as well as design them with different sizes and properties.
To create a new address label template,
- Click on Change layout.
- Choose a suitable layout from the pop up.
OR
- Select a layout from the Layouts dropdown in the Editor pane (right side of the screen).
- Make the necessary modifications to the layout from the options provided in the Layout properties drop-down and save it.
- You can choose an Address type to appear on the label.
Rename a template
To rename a template, click on the template name at the top of the page, next to the “Change layout” option.
- After saving, activate the template to use it further for your address labels.
Printing WooCommerce Address Labels
Store owners can print address labels for individual orders as well as for bulk orders.
Printing address labels for individual orders
Store owners can print address labels for single orders in two ways:
- From the order edit page.
- From the orders listing page.
Printing address label from the order edit page
Follow the below steps to achieve this:
- From the WordPress dashboard, navigate to WooCommerce > Orders.
- From the Orders listing page, click on the preferred order.
- From the Order edit page, click on the print icon present against the address label.
- The Print preview window will open up. Here make the necessary print settings and click on Print to print the shipping label.

Follow the below steps to achieve this:
- Navigate to WooCommerce > Orders.
- In the Orders listing page, head to the Printer icon present against the preferred order. Store owners can see the Printer icon under the Actions column.
- Click on the Printer icon and select Address Label.
- The Print preview window will open up. Here make the necessary print settings and click on Print to print the shipping label.
The address label for a single order will look like this:
Bulk printing of address labels
Store owners can print address labels for multiple orders using the bulk print option. Follow the below steps to bulk print address labels:
- Navigate to WooCommerce > Orders.
- Under the Orders listing page, select the preferred orders by ticking the checkbox next to each order.
- From the Bulk actions dropdown, select Print Address Label.
- Click on Apply.
- The Print preview window will open up. Here make the necessary print settings and click on Print to print the shipping label.

While the primary functionality of this plugin is to generate address labels for orders in your store, it may not specifically support Blue Dart Shipping Labels integration. However, you can still use the plugin to generate address labels for your orders, regardless of the shipping carrier you’re using.

Yes, the address label plugin does support thermal printers with continuous papers. You can customize the paper size from the print settings of your browser.
