This lets you efficiently manage customer records across your Shopify store. In this guide, you’ll learn how to configure the import and export settings step by step. ## Export Customers Once you have the app on your store: - Go to Apps > StoreRobo > Home from the Shopify admin dashboard. ### Step 1: Choose Template Under the Export section, choose an export template – The available export templates are: - Shopify CSV - Google Shopping Feed. Once the Status changes from Inprogress to Completed, the export will be completed and you will be notified by email. If you had chosen FTP/SFTP export, the data will be uploaded to the server. The supported import locations are: - Local storage – Upload the file directly to the app - URL – URL to a file that is hosted on the web - FTP/SFTP server – [FTP URL to a file that is hosted on a FTP server](https://www.webtoffee.com/docs/storerobo/import-products-ftp-sftp-shopify/) - WooCommerce API – [Import data directly from WooCommerce store.](https://www.webtoffee.com/docs/storerobo/migrate-woocommerce-products-to-shopify/) - Once you’ve chosen the import path, navigate to Choose Separator and select the delimiter or separator that corresponds to the one used in your CSV file. It’s important to ensure that the correct delimiter is selected, and you can verify this by using the preview feature. You can choose to export the data immediately or schedule it for a future date. ### Step 3: Import Click on import to begin the import process.
