How to refresh WooCommerce customers list

Last updated on March 30, 2026

The free version of the User/Customer Import Export Plugin for WordPress imports and exports all the WordPress users and WooCommerce customers in a quick and efficient manner. The WooCommerce customers list can be refreshed by importing historical customer data using the Import Historical Data option in WooCommerce Analytics. This updates the WooCommerce > Customers section to include users who have been imported but have not yet appeared as customers.

Refreshing WooCommerce Customers list

After the user import process, we can rebuild and refresh the customer list under WooCommerce >Customers. Generally, the WooCommerce> Customers tab lists the customers who have placed an order at least once.

However, we can add the users listed in Users > All Users tab to WooCommerce>Customers tab using the option, Import Historical Data. To reach the option, Import Historical Data:

  1. From the WordPress admin panel, navigate to Analytics> Settings.
  2. Under Import Historical Data, click on Start to initiate the import.
  3. Navigate to WooCommerce>Customers after the completion of import.
