With the WooCommerce PDF Invoice and Packing slip plugin, you can easily add the logo and other branding information to your invoice very easily. Check out our short tutorial given below that illustrates how a logo can be inserted into a WooCommerce invoice document.
First of all, install and activate WooCommerce invoice plugin. Navigate to the Invoice/Packing from the WordPress dashboard. The plugin allows you to configure different document types relevant for your WooCommerce store. By default, you will be taken to the General Settings window as shown below.
The different types of documents supported by the plugin are listed in the Documents tab. You can explicitly enable/disable the concerned documents required for your site and configure settings pertaining to each document individually.
Setting up Logo in the Invoice
From the general settings window, navigate to the General tab as shown in the image below. Generic details pertaining to all the document types can be configured from the General tab.
The plugin consists of specific fields for inserting the company name and logo.
- You can specify the company name in the field provided.
- Upload the company logo from the media library. With the plugin, you can resize the logo to fit within the respective document type. However, we recommend not to upload an image of large size.
Update to save the logo and other settings specified if any.
Next, to view how the logo will appear in the invoice. Move on to the Invoice > customize tab.
The logo and other details previously configured are automatically populated in the customize window. The toggles incorporated will allow to enable or disable an item from the template.
Additionally, you can control the logo width and height, specify extra details if any. You can modify its font size and head color. Instead of the company logo, you can place your company name only. Again with the provision to modify its font and other details.
A sample invoice with the logo will be as shown below:
