Fulfilling orders is an essential part of running a Shopify store. While manually fulfilling a few orders is straightforward, handling a large volume can become overwhelming and time-consuming. The StoreRobo Import/Export Suite simplifies this process, allowing you to bulk fulfill Shopify orders with CSV in a few organized steps. This guide will walk you through the process of bulk fulfilling Shopify orders efficiently, saving valuable time and effort.

- Update Fulfillment Data
- Import Updated Fulfillment Data
Use case
For this example, we will be updating the fulfillment status of all orders placed on or after August 2024.
Step 1: Export orders to fulfill
From the Shopify admin dashboard, head to Apps > StoreRobo > Export.
- Choose an export template (e.g., Shopify CSV, Google Shopping Feed) and click Proceed.
- Select Orders, pick columns, and apply filters if needed. For fulfillment updates, ensure the following columns are included in the export.
Choose to export Basic Columns
, Line Items,
and Fulfillments
. As you aim to update the fulfillment status and not to update the entire orders, to streamline the process, only export the following columns:
Required
- Basic Columns:
- Name
- Line Items:
- Line: Type
- Fulfillments
- Fulfillment: Status
- Fulfillment: Location
Optional Columns (Recommended for better management):

- Fulfillment: Tracking Number
- Fulfillment: Shipment Status
