From this section, by clicking on Import Users button, it will take you to the Import page. If you check the Update User if exists checkbox before clicking Import Users button, it will take you to the Merge Users page.

In both options, you can import the CSV file in two methods. You can import the CSV from your local computer, or you can give the FTP details of the server where the CSV file is saved.

After selecting the file to be imported, the next step is to map the column headers to match with the user data fields. This ensures that the right user data are imported into the right fields and also helps you determine which data you want to import.
