When it comes to e-commerce, everything related to shipping, tracking, and delivery are essential elements. One of the commonly seen customer concerns is about returns and its management. It is a fact that the customer would need to access the return policy and its related conditions then and now at every step until delivery and thereafter.
It would be highly beneficial to include the return policy and conditions in the WooCommerce shipping documents. Print Invoice, Packing Slip, Delivery Note & Label Plugin for WooCommerce allows you to add return policy very easily.
Navigate to the General Settings window from the dashboard Invoice/ Pack Slip. Insert the common info used across all the documents in the General settings window.
Moreover, you get an option to insert your return policy in the general settings window as shown below:
Input the text for the return policy in the Return policy/conditions field. Upon saving, you can use the same return policy in all WooCommerce documents.
However, if you wish to hide it from any document, disable the same from the customize tab of its respective screen.
For instance, to hide the return policy from the shipping label, toggle it to a disabled state from the customize screen as shown below.
