I mainly use the order export function of this plugin and have been using it for years. I find the information available is great for looking at sales data regarding countries and products. It is extremely flexible. I was having an issue recently when I was trying to use the Import Order function. The support was amazing. This was going on while I was also changing my hosting platform. They stayed with me for the whole time of the transition. I don't think you will find better support anywhere

Excellent plugin for adding products to Google merchant centre. This plugin makes it extremely easy to create and control product feeds for use in Google Merchant centre. Had some issue in product Price with Tax, and they sorted it out very quickly.

I use the import/export plugin to have my product data synced with my vendors prices & stocks. I just had to setup the job once and since then I never had to come back as the job just runs smoothly in the background and takes care of my product data. I also maintain obsolete products with this plugin and was able to easly delete more than 70K products in one batch. Highly recommended plugin.

I have dealt with a large number of paid/Premium plugins that offer plugin support, and WebToffee has by far been the best so far. I love both the support and this plugin from WebToffee. As a web store owner that migrated over to WordPress using Woocommerce for my website, it was super important to be able to preserve the order numbering system from my previous site. Enter Sequential Order Numbers for WooCommerce. The pro version of this plugin made it incredibly easy to keep my legacy customer order numbers in place so my customers would have an easy way to look up any order from our company, even if it was over a decade ago.

Purchased the pro version of Import/Export to move an ecommerce business to a new build. Worked absolutely brilliantly! Customers, orders and a large catalogue of products in just a few steps! Nothing was lost in the process. Worth every bit as it saved me an enormous amount of time and work.

I've sent a question to these people 2 times, nearly 2 weeks later still no reply. So guess they have my payment but can't be bothered to reply. The checkout works fine and I am more than happy with it as a stand alone facility. I wanted to add PayPal 'pay in 3 monthly payments' which was what my question was about. I think peace of mind about my checkout working and being updated is really important, which is why I have paid for premium. I can relax. Customer service needs improving to answer questions. Premium is easy to set up for the basic express checkout. I struggle with the jargon about other aspects of the service, but hey that's just me.

Our organization downloaded Smart coupons a couple of years back. It seemed to be the best fit for our needs. We have had nothing but problems with Webtoffee. WE ARE THEIR BUG TESTERS!!!! They do not bug test or do so extremely poorly. I think we have found something like 6 or 7 bugs plugin-breaking bugs. They're always skeptical about believing us before they actually look into the issue and never offer a refund, discount, or anything after all the issues we have had. Oh, and updates are a laugh, they update the plugin on their website and never notify any subscribers of the plugin about the update. I have to web scrape their page to check for updates!!!!!! What a mess. Our organization will be looking at different coupon plugins in the future.

Everything you would expect from a paymwnt gateway service. Never had any problems with it. Would recommend to anyone using woocommerce. Dropped one star for persistent wordpress banner to leave a review!! Please fix this so that it doesn't continue pop up again as soon as you switch to another wordpress function page, even after you click 'Remind me later'

We have purchased the pro version in order to use GIFT carda futures. All the GIFT cards that we create does not work. The code is recognised as correct, but the amount of the credit is ZERO even if the Gift card are new. While support do not fix this issue, we can not give a different stars score.

I've just imported a huge database with 20,000 linked images to WooCommerce via webtoffee - the database turned out to be Magento not Wordpress which could have been a complete disaster but with prompt, ongoing brilliant support from webtoffee, the database is in along with the images and its complex hierarchy of categories. A great product with great support. Thoroughly recommend.

Incredible support - WebToffee provided some custom code for me to enhance the functionality of the plugin further, after I couldn't get my own code to work. It is also by far the most reliable PayPal plugin which has WooCommerce Subscriptions support. This was essential for the subscriptions-based business I did the website for. Great plugin, actually the only one there was able to solve my issues with both import and export daily with attributes, personal fields etc. It works perfect. The only thing is that import takes longer than export (fair), so be aware not to make the import file too big, then it can crash. I have worked with it for several weeks now, all runs automatic. For those who make frequent changes, this plugin is almost a must. You can't edit dozens of products regularly without a similar plugin. Personally, I really enjoy the ability to import from Google Sheets, which works correctly and allows me to work remotely with the client. If it worked both ways (import/export), it would be perfect. I'm always worried about needing support. Answers like "this is not possible", "this is not supported by our plugin", "maybe in the next version" I always fear in advance. It was a big surprise that Alan from support patiently solved all 6! of mine in a step by step manner requests right from the first ticket. Absolutely fantastic was that I finally checked off even 2 snippets that were already completely beyond help for my individual solution. Many thanks and I wish the same satisfaction to others.

Mark did a great job of promptly resolving a conflict with another plugin and got us back up and running.

After trying and testing different Paypal Plugins (Express Checkout) and being not satisfied I ended up with this one. The reasons: It's kept simple. It does it's job. It's stable and provides you with some crucial compatibilities with other plugins. It combines Standard Paypal Payment and Paypal Express Checkout. Also does it work with Flatsome UX Builder Theme. And it's you can easily make your minor adjustments regarding styling. Also if not most important: The support is quick, friendly and helpful. The missing star is because maybe there should be updates more frequently. But nonetheless, customer service works just fine.

We have tried a bunch of other plugins before we discovered the GDPR plugin by Webtoffee. In our opinion, it is the best! First of all, it could not be easier to set this up. It allows you to customize your cookie notice in ways you would not even think. Moreover, it provides all the crucial functionalities that you need (f.e. tracking of consent). There are many similar plugins out there which don't do that or whose setup is against the regulations of the GDPR. With the GDPR plugin by Webtoffee, you are safe. Finally, the support is fantastic! Usually, you receive an answer straight away. I can only recommend this plugin - it is worth every penny!

It is a nice plugin, but I think updates should be more frequent. As of now, it has gone almost 4 month without updates. Not even adding support for newest WP version and WooCommerce-versions. I requested a feature/bug-fix when I bought this and they were very polite and serviceminded. But sadly nothing happened to address the fault. I have a lot of plugins that I pay for and they are frequently updated and creators adding new features, fixing everything from small UX/UI-issues to bigger issues. There is always room for improvment.

The plugin is an excellent addition to any Woocommerce store with multiple products. I operate a small business that offers over a hundred products, each with several variations. Each product variation requires a different featured image; and, price for those variations change bi-annually. As such, intermittent updated are required. This plugin allows me to update all these products and variations from a .CSV file. This is particularly useful when making changes to prices or updating a standard variation description for hundreds of products. Finally, the support team proved to be highly responsible and helpful with a number of queries that I had raised. This plugin handled a huge database of orders that we had to update after taking a new site design live. Notes: Use the FTP option if you can; if you can't upload all of the orders at once, you can raise your upload limit in wp-config and go again from where you left off; do make sure you have logged out all users and gone into maintenance mode before exporting orders and changing your site, as you will not miss any this way. There may have also been an issue with some customers receiving notifications about their order status more than once, but no actual payments were doubled up or forgotten, so this plugin is SAFE to use for a high-volume, midsized company. Also, support was great!

If you are looking at plugins for your import export jobs, stop and just get this. You wont regret it. I wish I could make the stars go up to 10, this is a great plugin worthy of 5 stars but the service and help from them is beyond stars. Perfect plugin for applying GDPR for websites that serve EU customers, get their explicit consent (or rejection) for cookies and collected data. It is very easy to use! The implementation went smoothly and the support was impeccable - fast and efficient in solving any problems.

I had this product for one year and after my license got expired, the plugin did not import the my sheets correctly and all of my pricing was listed at 2 dollar 3 dollar for products that are thousands of dollar. we did not know the issue until now. this is extremely unfair and evil. you guys cost us hundreds of dollar in cost of delivery and refunds. This plugin had initially issues with our website. After contacting WebTofee, they updated our website and the plug-in and as such fix it very quick and professional. Apart from that, the tool has several useful functions that once configured really gives the user GDPR aligned cookie options. Very good tool so Chapeau to the developers!

I purchased the "Product Import Export Plugin For WooCommerce" plugin I've been using it for 3 months and it's perfect. Absolutely the best around on the web. Import and export easily and in a few steps large CSV files with over 16,000 items. Also the customer service is excellent, quick and effective in the answers and always very kind and helpful.

I read all the documentation first - as there is an order to how you set these things up (ie orders LAST!!) and I had a couple of ERR moments to which Mark was very instant in his reply, very helpful and resolved every question that I had. One item was not within the help documentation - but it was within the sample CSV files that you can download - I didn't download these (as the woo shop was empty I didn't think it would be populated) but they are just dummy details so that would have avoided a couple of questions. I intend to use these plugins again for other sites - don't get my wrong you must make sure your CSV data is CORRECT before starting anything - no shortcuts! but once I had the CSV correct the uploads were pretty instant! I looked around at a lot of different options but decided to try this one for GDPR compliance. I was able to configure it quickly and easily. I had an issue with a conflict, but Mark solved it within 12 hours, so brilliant support. I'm confident if I have any further issues or questions I will be well supported.

Had some issues with meta data not saving correctly. Support was quick to reply, and we eventually tracked it down to one of the php files not loading (most likely due to our environment) After manually re-initiating the metapost array this file was responsible for the issue was resolved and we can now import freely. This plugin is incredible. The ROI (return on investment) is off the charts! In other words, for a very small and reasonable investment, you can implement the subscriptions, course enrollment, and other options on your site. Prior to this plugin, those options were otherwise inaccessible or at best, "clunky" without this plugin. Consider this: Even one client choosing one of your subscriptions can pay for this plugin. After that, any clients you get would be surplus in your pocket and you have WebToffee to thank for that! The plugin is very clean and easy to work with, without any frustration or confusion. I compared the plugin to a couple of others and this one was so much easier (and cleaner!). When it comes to user experience, WebToffee has that covered. CSVs and uploading can be quite tricky and confusing, especially if you are uploading variations and attributes This Plugin makes it as simple and as easy as it can be I had a small issue ( of my own making ) and the support I had was not only quick, polite and helpful, but spot on the money and solved my problem right away

Plugin worked really well for us. We used it a lot, but after a update some fuctions didn't work anymore. A long time that we didn't use it, but we opened a support ticket to solve the problem. Good and long answers from the support guys. There were really willing to solve the problem and this gave us also motivation to get the problem solved. After a few days the plugin is working totally correct again and we are using it a lot again. We are now updating all our SEO data with the plugin, and now we are making progress really fast. Because the plugin works so fast and is easy to use.

Mark and his support team are GENIUS and patient with a newbie to CSV uploads. I was having a lot of trouble with my uploads. But after walking me through step-by-step using screenshots. Mark was able to determine that the setting on my computer was not set to a comma delimiter. Mark sent me screenshot instructions on how to change the setting. Now my uploads are uploading great. Every single issue I have ever had with an upload had to do with some tiny little thing in my CSV and Nothing to do with the plugin itself. Great job Mark, As always... I didn't want to purchase a plugin, but to get a site redesign live I needed to. Unfortunately the first go-around I tried the 'official' WooCommerce plugin, with no luck. Support was out on holiday (New Years). Completely understandable, but I needed to launch, now! I found XAdapter's plugin and purchased it. It didn't work right away for my site (issue with subscriptions), but support staff was very responsive and helpful. Within a short period of time I was able to get my production site's orders into the new site. I couldn't recommend this enough for exporting/importing orders!

The plugin works very well. But above all, the support is great! I needed the plugin to allow the export of custom fields, and also to save the export mapping. Mark was very responsive and very professional, and solved every problem very quickly (...despite my very basic English).
