I've sent a question to these people 2 times, nearly 2 weeks later still no reply. So guess they have my payment but can't be bothered to reply. The checkout works fine and I am more than happy with it as a stand alone facility. I wanted to add PayPal 'pay in 3 monthly payments' which was what my question was about. I think peace of mind about my checkout working and being updated is really important, which is why I have paid for premium. I can relax. Customer service needs improving to answer questions. Premium is easy to set up for the basic express checkout. I struggle with the jargon about other aspects of the service, but hey that's just me.

Incredible support - WebToffee provided some custom code for me to enhance the functionality of the plugin further, after I couldn't get my own code to work. It is also by far the most reliable PayPal plugin which has WooCommerce Subscriptions support. This was essential for the subscriptions-based business I did the website for. It is not something they can afford to go wrong, so this plugin was just what was required. It also has all the other features I need.

Worth every penny compared to the default PayPal payment option. Amazing customer services as well. Highly recommended.

This was my first experience with WebToffee. I had a question about the PayPal Express Checkout Payment Gateway and Alan answered it promptly which is, sad to say, not true of all WP plugin developers. The app was easy to install, works great and is supported by professionals. Not much more I could ask for.

Fantastic. Blown away. best plugin ever. Saved the day after I used the built in WooCommerce one which broke and cost at least 15k in revenue due to an intermittent bug the other guys couldn't fix (and WooCommerce's clueless support).

Just love this plugin so I went pro. I haven't had any issues so far.

After trying and testing different Paypal Plugins (Express Checkout) and being not satisfied I ended up with this one. The reasons: It's kept simple. It does it's job. It's stable and provides you with some crucial compatibilities with other plugins. It combines Standard Paypal Payment and Paypal Express Checkout. Also does it work with Flatsome UX Builder Theme. And it's you can easily make your minor adjustments regarding styling. Also if not most important: The support is quick, friendly and helpful. The missing star is because maybe there should be updates more frequently. But nonetheless, customer service works just fine.

Sadly I can't change my earlier "bad" reviews. I give this plugin 5 stars due to the quality when everything was finally fixed. Actually must say the developers really had patience and worked hard to fix the issues I was facing and since then everything have been working fine. I have tried a LOT of plugins for PayPal-payments and this is by far the best plugin out there!

Very happy with the plugin and support! It had some issues running properly on our website and also requested compatibility with another plugin we are using. After contacting support they updated and resolved both problems in a matter of a few days.

Right now I sadly need to lower my review as they are active in fixing bugs and make sure everything works as intended for the PayPal-express plugin. Will change this if anything changes.

It is a nice plugin, but I think updates should be more frequent. As of now, it has gone almost 4 month without updates. Not even adding support for newest WP version and WooCommerce-versions. I requested a feature/bug-fix when I bought this and they were very polite and serviceminded. But sadly nothing happened to address the fault. I have a lot of plugins that I pay for and they are frequently updated and creators adding new features, fixing everything from small UX/UI-issues to bigger issues. There is always room for improvment.

Is exactly the same as the free version. Adds no functionality at all. It does add buttons but it doesn't replace the normal ones as advertised. Asked for refund.. Have spent all day testing out different payment methods and cards and every one of them is the same... the crucial functionality only comes at a cost and doesn't actually work.

I had a problem with the checkout with Paypal that was not working for me and I asked the technician support what was happening to me and they, in turn, gave me a solution and explained the problem and how to solve it. Mr. Mark was the one that solves me and we are very contending for his services.

PayPal Express Checkout plugin works great, does what they say it will do, smooth installation and set up. Customer service is great, quick, and very polite. Definitely recommend.
