      Hi Sadique,

      Thanks for reaching out.

It seems that the suites and apartment fields are not part of the default WooCommerce address fields. These fields may have been added by a plugin or a custom code. Integration of custom fields is only available in the premium version of our plugin.

      Hi Jim,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Our plugin is designed to generate documents and labels based on WooCommerce orders. Presently we don’t offer any options to alter the document template based on the product in the order. Thanks for understanding.

can this be integrated with shipping companies? For example, I need a system that will calculate the shipping rate on an order, send it to a shipping company (in this case, Canada Post), generate a paid shipping label, then send the shipping label and packing list to our fulfilment company.

      Hey,
We are sorry to let you know that our plugin does not support postage or shipping service integrated shipping label generation. It is an independent label printing plugin, using which you can create custom labels for WooCommerce in case of manual shipping
