Here are the detailed steps:
- From the WordPress dashboard, navigate to Invoice/Packing > Document type(invoice, packing slip) > General.

- From the dropdown, select the preferred sorting criteria. Sorting criteria include sorting in ascending or descending order based on name and SKU.
