Yes, you can upgrade the current license of the plugin by paying the difference. To upgrade license, go to My Accounts > License > Upgrade.
You can use the purchased plugin as long as you want. A subscription license entitles you to updates and support for a period of one year. After one year, your license will be renewed automatically. However, you can choose to cancel and continue using the existing version without updates and support after validity expires.
