This Order Data Migration plugin lets you easily import and export your WooCommerce orders, coupons, and subscriptions with related custom metadata. It facilitates seamless migration of WooCommerce orders (regular and subscription orders) and coupon data from one store to another.
Supported file types: CSV, XML, TSV, and Excel
The plugin provides you with multiple options to choose a convenient import/export method that works best for you.
You can import and export the order data using three different methods:
Quick import/export – Import/Export all the data related to the export in one go.
Pre-saved Template – Use a pre-saved template for import/export actions without having to configure the previous settings again.
Advanced import/export – Make use of the advanced import export filters and options to perform custom imports and exports.
Furthermore, you can choose the import file location from:
You have different filters to enable you to export specific data related to WooCommerce orders, coupons, and subscriptions.
Here are the available filters and options for different data types:
Orders | Coupons | Subscriptions
Available Filters | Order ID | Coupon status | Subscription status |
Statuses | Coupon type | Date range
Product | Amount range | Next payment date
Customer Email | Expiry range | Payment method
Used coupons | Customer email
Date range | Product | ||
Used coupons |
Apart from these filters, you have options to:
Choose the total number of items to export
Sort the columns in the export file the way you like
Choose the first n number of items to skip from export
Select the item data fields you want to export
This WooCommerce Order Importer plugin lets you bulk edit, update, or modify WooCommerce orders, coupons, and subscription data during import. You can use simple mathematical formulae to make changes to WooCommerce data.
Consider this example:
You have created 100 coupons for various coupon promotions (10%, 20%, 25%) for a festive sale. But after the first week of the sale, you decide it’s time to tweak those discounts a bit, modifying them down by -5%. So those 10% off coupons become 5%, the 20% ones become 15%, and so on.
Usually, you would think of manually editing each coupon. But it is not feasible in this case. That’s where this plugin comes to your rescue.
With this plugin, you can easily export all your coupons, import them back into your store, and set a rule to decrease the coupon amount by 5%. And voila! In no time, the plugin will update all your coupons with the new, discounted amounts.
You can schedule the import/export actions of orders, coupons, and subscriptions for a later time using the scheduler option within the plugin. This helps in one-time import/exports or periodic import/exports at regular intervals.
You can choose the scheduling time and the intervals for the periodic import/export actions on your store.
The plugin lets you add multiple FTP/SFTP profiles for scheduling the import/exports on your store. This enables importing files from multiple FTP profiles without configuring the profiles each time.
This plugin offers easy troubleshooting with developer logs to identify errors in failed orders, coupons, subscriptions data import/export actions. It lists all the import/export processes that happened and are scheduled in your store.
You can disable or delete unwanted scheduled actions to reduce server load and the chances of the failure of actively scheduled actions.
These debug logs can also be downloaded from your store and can be shared with your developer team for debugging purposes.
