Yes, you can use the product CSV file to alter the product data and update the existing products on your store.
No, you can’t pause import/export actions, but you will be able to cancel the process while importing or exporting. If you cancel the process during import, it will stop importing the products in the queue and will not remove any imported products.
Once your products are exported, you can download the export file by clicking on the Download File button. You can download previously exported product data from the Log History page.
