Is buying a plugin a one-time charge?

The plugin license comes as a 12 months subscription. Unless canceled, every year this license validity will get automatically renewed.

You can use the plugin for a lifetime, but support and updates of the plugins will be available as long as the license is active. Also, the plugin feature, automatic cookie scanning, works only with an active valid license.
