Why the shipping fee is not calculated for express checkout payments?

Please make sure that you have enabled the shipping fee calculation on your cart page. For added security it is best to disable the Skip review page option since the shipping address provided by the user in PayPal will be forwarded to your store and correct shipping fee will be calculated on the review page.
