Add product meta – WooCommerce picklist
Follow these steps to add custom product meta to your WooCommerce picklists:
- Access the picklist settings.
- Go to Invoice/Packing > Picklist > General from your WordPress dashboard.
- Locate the product meta customization option.
- Under the Advanced section, find the option labeled Product meta fields.
- Add a new meta field
- Click on the Add/Edit Product Meta Field button.
- Fill in a name for the field (e.g., Product length).
- Provide the corresponding Meta Key (e.g.,
_length) that matches the data stored for your products. - Click Save.
- Save your changes
- After completing the field setup, click Update Settings to apply the configuration to your picklists.
Example – Adding product dimensions to WooCommerce picklist
Let’s add product dimensions to WooCommerce picklists. The meta key for product dimensions are _length, _width, and _height, which correspond to length, width, and height, respectively. The general settings page on adding the product meta will appear as shown below:
