Bundled products let customers purchase a curated set of items in a single purchase. When such orders reach the warehouse, the picklist must make it clear what exactly needs to be picked. The bundle as a whole, the individual items inside it, or both. WebToffee’s WooCommerce Picklists Plugin lets you control exactly how bundled products appear on the picklist using the Bundled product display options setting.
This article explains how to configure the bundled product display option for WooCommerce picklists.
Prerequisites
- Install and activate WebToffee’s WooCommerce Picklists plugin.
- Ensure at least one bundled product is created using the WooCommerce Product Bundles plugin or the YITH WooCommerce Product Bundle add-on. The bundled product display option is applicable only when one of these plugins is used. Contact Customer Support for additional compatibility.
Step 1: Access the bundled product display option
- From the WordPress dashboard, navigate to Invoice/Packing > Picklist > General.
- Scroll down to the Product display section and locate Bundled product display options.

Step 2: Select the preferred bundled product display type
Choose how bundled products should be listed on the picklist from the drop-down. The plugin offers three options:

Lets consider an order with simple and bundled products as shown in the image. The Bundled product -1 has Gourmet Chocolate Tower and Luxury Gift Hamper bundled.

- Main product with bundle items
Displays the main (parent) product along with its bundle items on the picklist. The bundle items appear indented beneath the parent product, each with its respective quantity. This is useful when pickers need the full picture — which bundle was ordered and what goes inside it.

- Main product only
Displays only the main (parent) product on the picklist, without listing the individual bundle items. Choose this when bundles are pre-packed and stored as a single pickable unit in the warehouse.

- Bundled items only
Displays only the individual items within the bundle, without the parent product. Choose this when pickers assemble bundles from individual items at fulfillment time and the parent product name is not required for picking.

Step 3: Disable the Group products by ‘Category’ option
The bundled product display option may not work along with the Group products by ‘Category’ option. If category grouping is enabled, disable it: In the same Product display section, uncheck Group products by ‘Category’.

Other grouping options such as Group products by ‘Order’ can remain enabled.
Step 4: Save the settings
Click Update Settings to save the changes.
The picklists generated hereafter will display bundled products according to the selected display type.
