The parent product and its child variations are linked either using SKU(parent_sku) or ID(post_parent data).
If, the CSV file has no SKU for the parent product, parent SKU column is empty and there are no ID relations, then the child products will get imported as separate products. So, please ensure that the file contains either SKU(parent_sku) or ID(post_parent data).
