Last updated on March 16, 2026

Product attributes such as size, brand, or material are often essential during order fulfillment. Displaying these details directly on dispatch labels and delivery notes ensures that warehouse staff, packing teams, and delivery partners can quickly verify product specifications and avoid errors in packing and delivery. Using the WooCommerce Shipping Labels, Dispatch Labels, and Delivery Notes plugin, you can easily add product attributes to these fulfillment documents. You can do this by adding the attribute to the Product attribute option by clicking the Add/Edit product attribute button.

Prerequisites

  1. Install and activate the free WooCommerce PDF Invoices, Packing Slips, Delivery Notes, and Shipping Labels plugin.
  2. Install and activate the WooCommerce Shipping Labels, Dispatch Labels, and Delivery Notes add-on.
  3. Before adding product attributes to documents, users must ensure that the attribute is already created and assigned to the product in WooCommerce.
