Introduction
Setting up the withdrawal flow involves configuring quite a few settings withdrawal periods, exclusions, workflow automation, email recipients, and more. If you manage multiple WooCommerce stores, or need to move from a staging environment to production, recreating this configuration manually on each site is repetitive and error-prone.
Import/Export Settings in the EU Withdrawal Button for WooCommerce lets you transfer your entire plugin configuration between sites in a single step. The feature exports all current plugin settings as a JSON file, which can then be imported into another site running the same plugin, replicating the configuration exactly, without needing to re-enter each setting by hand.
This is particularly useful for:
- Rolling out a tested configuration from staging to a live store.
- Maintaining consistent withdrawal policies across multiple stores under the same brand.
- Quickly recovering your configuration after a site rebuild.
