I've just imported a huge database with 20,000 linked images to WooCommerce via webtoffee - the database turned out to be Magento not Wordpress which could have been a complete disaster but with prompt, ongoing brilliant support from webtoffee, the database is in along with the images and its complex hierarchy of categories. Great plugin, actually the only one there was able to solve my issues with both import and export daily with attributes, personal fields etc. It works perfect. The only thing is that import takes longer than export (fair), so be aware not to make the import file too big, then it can crash. I have worked with it for several weeks now, all runs automatic. The support was fantastic, we found a solution for my issues. So very happy, it has saved me many hours work every week. Thanks

For those who make frequent changes, this plugin is almost a must. You can't edit dozens of products regularly without a similar plugin. Personally, I really enjoy the ability to import from Google Sheets, which works correctly and allows me to work remotely with the client. If it worked both ways (import/export), it would be perfect. I'm always worried about needing support. Answers like "this is not possible", "this is not supported by our plugin", "maybe in the next version" I always fear in advance. It was a big surprise that Alan from support patiently solved all 6! of mine in a step by step manner requests right from the first ticket. Absolutely fantastic was that I finally checked off even 2 snippets that were already completely beyond help for my individual solution. Many thanks and I wish the same satisfaction to others.

Works great and does help a lot especially the automated import/export feature. We have our stock file exported via FTP to the server every 30 mins and now we have it imported automatically with this script.

The plugin is an excellent addition to any Woocommerce store with multiple products. I operate a small business that offers over a hundred products, each with several variations. Each product variation requires a different featured image; and, price for those variations change bi-annually. As such, intermittent updated are required. This plugin allows me to update all these products and variations from a .CSV file. This is particularly useful when making changes to prices or updating a standard variation description for hundreds of products. Finally, the support team proved to be highly responsible and helpful with a number of queries that I had raised. I purchased the "Product Import Export Plugin For WooCommerce" plugin I've been using it for 3 months and it's perfect. Absolutely the best around on the web. Import and export easily and in a few steps large CSV files with over 16,000 items. Also the customer service is excellent, quick and effective in the answers and always very kind and helpful.

I purchased three of the WebToffee plugins to allow me to copy orders, products and customers from zen cart over to woocommerce - I have used other companies previously but often found that it never was a smooth as you expected. I asked a couple of questions before I purchased them, I had a reply within a few hours. I have now since used all 3 plugins and pulled across 3000 customers, 4000 orders, 2000 products including images - and everything seems to have just well worked! I read all the documentation first - as there is an order to how you set these things up (ie orders LAST!!) and I had a couple of ERR moments to which Mark was very instant in his reply, very helpful and resolved every question that I had. One item was not within the help documentation - but it was within the sample CSV files that you can download - I didn't download these (as the woo shop was empty I didn't think it would be populated) but they are just dummy details so that would have avoided a couple of questions. I intend to use these plugins again for other sites - don't get my wrong you must make sure your CSV data is CORRECT before starting anything - no shortcuts! but once I had the CSV correct the uploads were pretty instant! Thank you!

Had some issues with meta data not saving correctly. Support was quick to reply, and we eventually tracked it down to one of the php files not loading (most likely due to our environment) After manually re-initiating the metapost array this file was responsible for the issue was resolved and we can now import freely. Plugin worked really well for us. We used it a lot, but after a update some fuctions didn't work anymore. A long time that we didn't use it, but we opened a support ticket to solve the problem. Good and long answers from the support guys. There were really willing to solve the problem and this gave us also motivation to get the problem solved. After a few days the plugin is working totally correct again and we are using it a lot again. We are now updating all our SEO data with the plugin, and now we are making progress really fast. Because the plugin works so fast and is easy to use.

Mark and his support team are GENIUS and patient with a newbie to CSV uploads. I was having a lot of trouble with my uploads. But after walking me through step-by-step using screenshots. Mark was able to determine that the setting on my computer was not set to a comma delimiter. Mark sent me screenshot instructions on how to change the setting. Now my uploads are uploading great. Every single issue I have ever had with an upload had to do with some tiny little thing in my CSV and Nothing to do with the plugin itself. Great job Mark, As always... Bought this plugin for 69 dollar and it failed to export 50% of the variable products. The variable products that failed was exported but they missed the variables completely and they were transformed into a simple product instead. Not so satisfied especially when the plugin cost so much. Not worth the price. - I would like to refund the product.

Very good support. I run a couple of WC stores and we needed to share products between them so this plugin worked great for that. I've used the WC CSV Import Suite in the past and I was never able to get it to work. Xadapter's plugin worked out of the box. When I was stuck, the support came in within hours and my issue was fixed. Thank you!

I contacted support because my imports to product description (post_content) were failing. It took them a couple of times to see what the problem was (could have tested/checked website) but the problem was fixed... on a weekend even! So, persistence pays. I was very happy with their response times and time to fix the problem. I am hoping the plugin will be a big time saver because there don't seem to be many import export programs out there for wordpress with this functionality.

We had been using another paid woocommerce csv import suite extension for 4 years, but were very unsatisfied with the customer service and constant issues each time Woocommerce did a major update. So we went hunting and found the WebToffee plugin. We primarily use csv imports to merge changes from our warehouse inventory management system into woocommerce - to update stock levels, add new tags, attributes, change prices or unpublish dead stock - as well as to import new stock every month. We ran a few tests and with WebToffee before deploying and any issues we had with the plugin or our data were quickly ironed out by their super responsive support team. If you are weighing up this plugin vs other paid plugins, this one is worth is for the customer service alone, but it's also a great plugin that works.

Working on a site and need to add products with variations and attributes for each product and was in search for an easy way to post multiple products by importing a data sheet into WooCommerce. So I found this and decided to buy it. I admit I ran into a few problems on my end compiling the datasheet. As yes, instead of seeking support I would grind into it for hours and was not getting anywhere. Have you ever looked at something so long that everything starts to look the same? Well that happened to me and I financially reached out for help and Mark from (XAdapter) saved the day. I sent him my data sheet, explained what was happening and he tweaked the data sheet and VUALA! Problem solved. My only regret is that I didn't submit myself to get the help I needed when I needed it. So if you don't get it, simply seek the support from (XAdapter). Midnight on a Sunday night, needed support, didn't have to wait long. Mark came on the line, very quickly was able to help me solve my problems. It's rare that any products online have amazing customer support anymore, but these guys definitely do.

Works well. Just not able to export products with their link and password if the product is hidden and protected by a password. Nice feature to add. ;-)

Great support! I've been fighting trying to get an export pulled in correctly. You'd think since it came from WooCommerce and was going to WooCommerce it should be a piece of cake, but a few of the products had variations which just wouldn't work properly. I raised the white flag, was frustrated with people pointing me to tech articles to try that never seemed to work. I asked Mark flat-out, if I buy the plugin, can you just do it for me...and he did. He massaged my export file, pulled it in, tweaked it some more...I couldn't be happier. Customer service is excellent, very very pleased!

After struggling for several days with various free and commercial import/export plugins, I posted a request for help. Within a short time I got a reply from Mark at WebToffee. He quickly logged into my store and fixed issues with the PHP version and JSON encoding. The WebToffee Import Export Plugin for WooCommerce works great! I tried a few import/export plugins, pulling my hair out and struggling with usability, and in one case, far to many features! Import/Export for WooCommerce is simple and straightforward and does what it says on the tin. The only upgrade I would like to see in the future is to be able to re-order the columns before the export and save the settings - for now I'm happy to do this manually once it is exported.

My company has thousands of SKUs on our website with multiple variations of size for every product on both our wholesale and retail websites. We used to spend countless hours a month adding new products manually. The Product Import allows us to add them in a fraction of the time. Even better, I can now update hundreds of product prices or other data in just a few minutes. It's also allowed us to easily find and clean up errors in our descriptions that we would never even have found. We can now make sure that all of our product names and descriptions are consistent. The Product Import was a game changer for us.

If you need to import or export your products file from woocommerce.... Don't even bother to look further. THIS IS IT! Short learning curve. Works like a charm. Merges accurately and update what it must update. Creates your new stock. This has save me days and days and days of work. The next thing I'm getting is exporting of orders. This makes syncing stock incredibly easy between warehouse point of sale and the online shop. These oaks rock. The service is short, sweet and highly effective.

I tried several plugins with a lot of headaches, gladly I found this site. These guys from WebToffee and their plugin is great! These guys have the best online technical support of any company I remember dealing with! I've just been using their online chat system. Couldn't be more happy with the customer service. I had problems...of my own doing, and although it took several days to correct the error, it was great to know that my concerns and questions were being answered and finally we figured out the problem. The product is functioning well and I'm off to now download 9000 new products into my website.

The best feature of this plugin is the support it comes with. I had a few issues with escape characters and support was extremely responsive and helpful as well. Live support is absolutely great!

If you are running woo-commerce shop and have many products with plenty of attributes and variation, stop typing because this plug-ins saves you hell of time, simply hook in, download product variation file and simply copy & paste data and tuck it all back in, it does magic. We had around 500 combinations and took us under 2 hours to finish our typical price related data entry, can't ask for more. Support has been great, very satisfied and already talking to them for another plug in.

Was glad the Variable products imported properly (Easiest option is to manually create a variable item in WooCommerce then export the product file (including hidden meta) so as to see the correct file format.) Only issue was that when I tried to import products with fractions (ie special font characters), it was getting rejected. Support was quick to reply and helpful. This happens because the CSV file was not encoded in UTF-8. I tried the fix suggested by [https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/encode-an-excel-file-to-utf-8-or-utf-16] HOWEVER, even after saving the csv file in Excel with UTF-8 encoding it still didn't work.... After scratching through multiple forums, it appears that although Excel gives the option to encode as UTF-8 - when SAVING AS A CSV, Excel automatically converts it back to ANSI, even though you select UTF-8 because Excel can't natively encode in UTF-8 apparently. The solution is as follows - 1. You need to open your CSV file in Notepad (you will see it says ANSI below), then change ANSI and re-save it with UTF-8 encoding in Notepad. Then the import will work. If however, you edit it again afterwards in Excel and just Save, it won't work. 2. The other option is to use LibreOffice (free), which can encode correctly in UTF-8 (I haven't tried it myself though). So if you are importing items with special font characters, it seems that every time, after working on the CSV file, you need to also first open it in Notepad, save with UTF-8 encoding and then import that file. Hope this saves someone some time and grey hair :-)

I had no problems installing the plug-in in WordPress and in importing my WooCommerce products into our new site. When I did have a question, I got excellent support fro XAdapter. To me, it has been well worth the money paid for the plug-in, even if I only have to use it this once.
