How to Add a Tracking Number to Woo Invoices, Packing Slips, and Credit Notes

Last updated on April 27, 2026

A tracking number provides transparency and assurance, as customers can monitor their orders in real time. Store owners who use third-party plugins to add a tracking number can display it in WooCommerce documents. To display the tracking number in a document, the store owner must be using WebToffee’s WooCommerce PDF Invoices, Packing Slips, and Credit Notes add-on plugin corresponding to that document. To add tracking number meta to documents:

  1. Head to the Tracking number meta option.
  2. Add the tracking number meta key.
  3. Update Settings.
