You can export specific groups of Shopify products, such as by category, stock status, or other conditions, using the StoreRobo – Shopify Import Export Suite by selecting the desired product filters under the Export section and generating a CSV of only the matching products. This lets you create targeted product exports without exporting your entire catalog.
This article details how to export a selected product group using the StoreRobo Import Export Suite for Shopify.
To begin with:
- Install the StoreRobo Import Export Suite on your store.
- Open the application.
- Under Export, select Shopify CSV and click on Proceed.

- From the next tab, under Select data, choose Products.
- Expand the product option to select specific columns for export.
- Next, you can choose which products to export using the Filters option. You can choose to export specific products or a group of products. Click on Add new filter to filter your products.

Export Specific Shopify Products
You can export only specific products based on their:
- ID
- Handle
- Title
To set up a filter click on Add new filter and select one of the above filters. For example, the below example only exports products with IDs 123, 345, and 543.

You can group products based on all the available filter options:
- ID
- Handle
- Title
- Body (HTML)
- Vendor
- Type
- Tags
- Created at
- Updated at
- Status
- Published At
- Published
- Collection
- Variant SKU
- Variant Weight
- Variant Price
- Variant Inventory Qty
- Variant Barcode
To set up a filter, click on Add new filter and select one of the above filters. Here are some examples:
- Export products created after 13th June 2024.

- Export products created after 13th June 2024 and are in stock.

- Export products with the string shirt in their title and belong to the Men’s collection.

- Once filters are all set follow the generic export steps to finish your export.
