How to Use Metaobject Filters for Shopify Data Exports in StoreRobo?

You can export specific Shopify Metaobjects using the filter options in the StoreRobo Shopify Import Export Suite by choosing Metaobjects as the export data type, applying the desired filter conditions, and running the export. This lets you generate targeted metaobject exports without having to download all metaobjects.

In this guide, you’ll see how to set up and use the available export filters step by step.

Select the export data type as Metaobjects, and:

1. Expand the selected data type.
2. Under Columns, choose the data columns to export.
3. To filter the data columns, under Filters, click on Add new filter.

This displays a wide range of filter options. This option allows you to set multiple filters as needed.

The available filters for metaobjects export may vary based on the selection made under metaobjects Columns. The available filters are:

Available conditions
Equals to any of	Exports metaobjects where the selected attribute matches any of the strings entered. The value has to be exactly the same.
Not equal to any of	Exports all metaobjects, except those, where the selected attribute matches any of the strings entered. The value has to be exactly the same.
On or after	Exports metaobjects updated on or after the selected date.
On or before	Exports metaobjects updated on or before the selected date.
Date range	Exports metaobjects updated in between the selected time frame.
Relative date	Exports metaobjects updated within the selected period: Minutes, Hours, Days, Months
