The StoreRobo Import Export Suite helps you bulk import, export, and update Shopify store data such as Products, Orders, Customers, Collections, Discounts, and Metaobjects using CSV files. It enables store owners to manage large volumes of data efficiently by reducing manual effort and ensuring accurate handling of data across import, export, and update operations.
Export Shopify Data
Step 1: Choose an Export Template
From your Shopify admin, open the StoreRobo app.
Go to Export and select a template format based on your requirement, for example:
- Shopify CSV
- Google Shopping Feed

Step 2: Select Export Data Type
Choose the data type you want to export, such as:
- Products
- Customers
- Orders
- Discounts
- Custom Collections
- Smart Collections
- Metaobjects
- Metaobject Definitions

Step 3: Configure Export Filters
You can refine the export by applying filters such as:
- Created Date
- Updated Date
- ID
- Status
This helps export only the required records instead of the entire store data.

Step 4: Export the File
Click Export.

The exported file will be generated and available for download from the app.
ⓘ If multiple data types are exported together, StoreRobo provides them as a ZIP file.
Step 5: Save or Schedule Export (Optional)
You can save the export configuration as a preset and:
- Run it anytime manually
- Schedule recurring exports
Once completed, you will receive an email notification.

This is useful for updating:

- Metaobject fields
Step 1: Prepare Update CSV File
Create a CSV file containing only the fields you want to update.

I’m trying to map a product import using an HTML file I wrote for our shopify product “tagging” process and upon attempting to upload it’ll identify the columns it ignored on the import, and the metafields will display in the dropdowns when you go to Custom CSV, but there’s no way to map them.
Re: Store Robo will parse the column headers correctly on custom metafields, but then won’t let you map to any destination fields
Is there any solution within the app, or do I need to use another system?

The products without variants are not getting price $0 when imported using a custom CSV file

Hi Urmil,
Thank you for reaching out. The issue you’ve mentioned typically arises when the price field for a product hasn’t been set in the import file.
When importing products into Shopify, all items are treated as variations, regardless of whether they have variations in your store or not. Therefore, even if you’re importing products without variation, it’s necessary to complete this data. If there are no variations for your product, ensure that the Option1 Name as Title, and set the Option1 Value as Default Title, then specify the product price under Variant Price.

I have subscribed to your plan and we would like to know if, by paying for the service, you can help us import our file. The problem with our file is that each line of the csv is a color of the product, but it is the same product… how can we do it? Can I send you the file and tell us if it’s possible?
