How to Create a Gift Card Template Gallery in WooCommerce

The WebToffee WooCommerce Gift Cards plugin lets you offer a variety of visual designs to your customers via custom template galleries. To set this up, navigate to Gift Cards > General Settings > Template Settings to group designs into themed collections, such as “Birthdays” or “Holidays.” By enabling template selection on your gift card product page, you provide a personalized experience that lets shoppers choose the exact look of the gift card their recipient will receive.

This article will give you the steps to create a template gallery for your WooCommerce gift cards generated with the WebToffee WooCommerce Gift Cards plugin.

1. Install and activate the WebToffee WooCommerce Gift Cards plugin.
2. Create a gift card product for your store. For more details on adding a gift card product to your store, refer to the article, How to add gift card products to your WooCommerce store.

To begin with,

1. Install and activate the WebToffee WooCommerce Gift Cards plugin.
2. Navigate to Gift Cards > General settings > Template settings.

By default, the plugin offers a range of template galleries to enhance convenience. These galleries include:

• General
• Birthday
• New year
• Anniversary
• Christmas

You can add new image galleries or new templates to existing galleries.

To add a new template under the existing gallery,

1. Under the template section, select the gallery to add the new template.
2. Click on the “ + “ button.

3. Click on Upload and select the template image to add.
4. In the Category option, select the gallery to which you want the gift card to be added.
5. Click on Add new.

The template will now be added to the selected category/gallery.

To add a new gallery,

1. Under the template section, select any of the galleries.
2. Click on the “ + “ button.

3. Under the Template image, upload the image you want to use as a template.
4. In the Category option, select Add new category.
5. In the associated input field, enter a category/image gallery name.
6. Click on Add new.

A new template gallery containing the selected templates will now be added to the plugin.
