Export Grouped Products in WooCommerce

Last updated on November 17, 2025

The Product Import Export Plugin for WooCommerce provides a quick and efficient way to export grouped products into a CSV, XML, or Excel file. All details of grouped products, such as linked child products, SKUs, categories, stock data, attributes, and metadata, can be exported.

By default, grouped products are exported along with their associated child products. This ensures that the parent–child relationships remain intact when you back up, migrate, or bulk edit product data.

To export grouped products, select Product as the post type, choose a preferred export method, and apply filters if required. You can also map and adjust export columns as needed, and use advanced options such as Batch Export or Scheduling to automate the process. Finally, click Export to complete the action.
