Last updated on April 30, 2026

The Product Import Export Plugin for WooCommerce allows you to export products, product categories, tags, and reviews using advanced filter options. Each export type includes its own set of filters, allowing you to export only the required data rather than the entire dataset. This article explains how to filter each product-related export type to export only the data you need.

Steps to Export Data with Filters

Navigate to WebToffee Import Export (Pro) → Export.

  1. Select the required post type (Product, Product Categories, Product Tags, or Product Reviews).
  2. Choose Advanced export as the export method.
  3. In Step 3 – Filter Data, configure the required filters.
  4. In Step 4 – Map and Reorder Export Columns, map the required fields.
  5. Configure Advanced Options, Batch Export, or Scheduling if required, and complete the export.

Refer to Export WooCommerce Products to learn more about the overall export process.
