WebToffee’s WooCommerce Request a Quote plugin shows the history of transaction that takes place between the customer and the store admin through the Edit order page. The Quote details section in the Edit order page details the quote history.
To View the Quote History follow the below-mentioned steps:
- From the dashboard navigate to WooCommerce > orders.
- On the Orders page select the quote for which you would like to see the history.
- Scroll down to the Quote details section to see the history of transactions between the admin and the customer.
- Apart from the transactions, The Quote details section also lists the Quote messages, sender details, a downloadable link to the quote, and related quotes with their status.
The Below image shows the Quoting process history along with an option to download the latest quote.
