Export Products Using FTP/SFTP in StoreRobo

StoreRobo Import Export Suite  app lets you export or schedule the export of products in Shopify using FTP/SFTP. To begin:

  1. Create an FTP profile.
  2. Select the profile.
  3. Export or Schedule the export.

Getting Started

Click Apps > StoreRobo > Home from the Shopify admin dashboard.

  • Under Export Products, choose the Export Template and click on Proceed.
  • In step 2 of Select the Options, filter the data and select the required columns to export.

Creating an FTP/ SFTP profile

  • To create an FTP profile, select the option Enable FTP for exporting file and Click on Add profile.

  • A pop-up will appear as shown below. Fill up the required details and click on Connect & Save to establish the connection.

  • Then, choose the FTP profile and provide the export path.

  • Once you’ve chosen the import path, navigate to Choose Separator and select the delimiter or separator that corresponds to the one used in your CSV file. It’s important to ensure that the correct delimiter is selected, and you can verify this by using the preview feature.
  • Click on the Schedule or Export button.

Export Shopify products using FTP/SFTP

Once the Status changes to Completed, the export will be completed and you will be notified by email.

The data will be uploaded to the FTP/SFTP server. Also, you can download it from here.
