With the StoreRobo Product Import Export app, you can filter the Shopify export data to export only specific items. This article discusses the StoreRobo export filters for Shopify Custom Collections and how to use them.
Steps to filter export data
Once you have selected the export data type as Custom Collections:
- Expand the selected data type.
- Under Columns, choose the data columns to export.
- To filter the data columns, under Filters, click on Add new filter.
This will provide you with access to a wide range of filter options. You can select multiple filters as needed.
Available filters
The available filters may vary based on the selection made under product Columns. The available filters are:

Greater than | Exports collections with attribute values greater than the selected value. |

Examples
- Export collections updated on or after 2024-02-27.
- Export the collections that have the title Shirts or Hoodies.
- Export collections published in the last 20 days.
