Display Bundled Products in WooCommerce Invoices and Packing Slips

Bundled products allow customers to purchase a curated collection of products conveniently. They also entice customers with better value for their money, simplifying choices through pre-made combinations and offering effective marketing opportunities. WebToffee’s WooCommerce PDF Invoices, Packing Slips, and Credit Notes plugin provides a unique feature to display bundled products in invoices and packing slips. To configure the bundled product display option, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Access the Bundled product display option.

Step 2: Select the preferred bundled product display type.

Step 3: Disable the Group products by ‘Category‘ option.

Step 4: Save the settings.

1. First, install and activate WebToffee’s WooCommerce PDF Invoices, Packing Slips, and Credit Notes plugin.
2. Ensure that you create at least one bundled product using the WooCommerce Product Bundles plugin or the YITH WooCommerce Product Bundle plugin.

1. Navigate to Invoice/Packing > Invoice > General from the WordPress dashboard.
2. Scroll down to the Product display section and find the Bundled product display options.

This step involves selecting the desired bundled product display option. The bundled product will be shown on the invoice based on the selection. The plugin offers three options to display a bundled product. They are:

1. Main product with bundle items.
2. Main product only.
3. Bundled items only.

Main product with bundle items – Displays the main product (parent product) and bundle items in invoices and packing slips.

Main product only – Displays the main product (parent product) alone in invoices and packing slips.

WooCommerce invoice and packing slip will display the bundled product as shown below:

Bundle items only – Displays the bundle items alone in WooCommerce invoices and packing slips.

Here, significance is given only to the bundle items. The details of each bundle item will be clearly shown, but there will be no information about the main product.

The invoice and packing slip will display the bundled product as shown below:

1. Now, disable the Group products by ‘Category’ option.
